1 1/2 cups of diced red bell pepper
2 medium onions, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

In a pan, combine 1 cup of bell pepper, onion, and butter or margarine
Cook over low heat with the pan covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes
Remove from heat and blend in a blender along with the chicken bouillon cube
Bring to a simmer again and add the Worcestershire sauce
Cook until it thickens slightly and releases from the bottom of the pan
Add the remaining bell pepper, mix well, and serve
Serves 1 1/4 cups.
