100g of Gorgonzola cheese, finely chopped
100g of Camembert cheese, finely chopped
1 liter of fresh cream
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of grated Pecorino cheese
100g of Catupiry cheese, finely chopped
100g of Cheddar cheese, finely chopped
100g of Gorgonzola cheese, finely chopped
100g of Camembert cheese, finely chopped
1 liter of fresh cream
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of grated Pecorino cheese
Finely chop the Catupiry, Cheddar, Gorgonzola, and Camembert cheeses
Place them in a saucepan and heat over medium flame
Add the cream gradually, stirring well to combine
When hot but not boiling, add the grated Parmesan and Pecorino cheese
Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and warm gently over low heat (do not boil) or use a water bath in a double boiler
