2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
1 cup of malt sauce

Make the malt sauce according to the recipe found in "Basic Sauces"
Just before serving, mix in the orange juice and zest into the malt sauce
Serve warm
This sauce is especially recommended for serving with cooked asparagus, broccoli, and cauliflower florets
