Season the ground beef with salt to taste and set aside
Fry the onion in olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the ground beef and cook well for about 15 minutes
Add the tomato extract, chopped jalapeño, and mix well
Add water and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Serve approximately 2 cups.
