    Mix well: 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of English brown sauce, 1 large onion cut into small cubes, 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground coffee, 2 crushed garlic cloves, lemon zest and juice from 1 lime, 1/2 cup of Catsup, 4 drops of Tabasco sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, a pinch of parsley. Cook over high heat until it starts to simmer, then reduce the heat and let it cook slowly for 15 minutes. Keep this glaze hot while using it.
