Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil over low heat until they're soft
Add the pork, beef, and bacon with the linguiças
Fry until golden brown
Season with salt, pepper, tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, parsley, and thyme
Let it cook for a few minutes, then add 1 cup of water
Continue cooking in a covered pan, stirring occasionally
Add more water as needed to achieve the right consistency
This should be thick and flavorful when the meat is tender
