Melts the butter, combines it with flour and mixes well
Add milk, paprika, and season with salt
Cook, stirring until thickened
Add cheese and green pepper and mix
Remove from heat, combine with egg yolks and beat vigorously
Heat the oven to low temperature
Beat egg whites into snow and add to previous mixture
Pour into mold and place on a hot water bath
Bake for 35 minutes or until firm and golden brown
