Baste the snook fish with salt and lime
Make a good soffrito with onion, garlic, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, ground pink peppercorn, and shredded ginger
Cook quickly the fish and then set it aside
Add coconut milk, mini onions, and dendê oil to the pan, reducing heat
Cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes, adding cherry tomatoes and adjusting salt
Finish with cilantro and serve with pink peppercorn on top.
