1 kg of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
3 chicken bouillon tablets
1/2 cup (chalice) of boiling water
2 tablespoons of oil
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 chalice of coconut milk
1 kg of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
3 chicken bouillon tablets
1/2 cup (chalice) of boiling water
2 tablespoons of oil

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 chalice of coconut milk
Marinate the chicken in two chicken bouillon tablets dissolved in boiling water for 15 minutes
Let it rest for 15 minutes
In a pan, heat the oil and add the chicken pieces
Baste them well on all sides and add the olive oil, onion, bell peppers, and stir for another three minutes
Add the remaining chicken bouillon dissolved in heated coconut milk and cook for an additional five minutes
Serve hot.
