3 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
Salt, salsa, and green onions to taste
1 kg of siri meat (or frozen)
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of lime juice
3 tablespoons of dendê oil
6 tablespoons of oil
1 small coconut milk jar
3 capers, chopped

Preparation
Put the tomato, bell pepper, and onion in a pot
Add salt, green onions, and salsa
Add the siri meat
Mash the garlic with salt and mix with lime juice
Pour into the pot
Add dendê oil and oil, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes
Add coconut milk and let it cook for another 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens
Sprinkle with capers and serve with farofa or white rice
