Half a kilogram of ground beef
One medium onion, finely chopped
Three tablespoons of ketchup
Two tablespoons of mustard
Three cups of all-purpose flour
Three tablespoons of active dry yeast
Two-thirds cup of milk
Two tablespoons of butter or margarine
Two eggs

Fry the ground beef with onion
Add the ketchup and mustard
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Generously grease a large, 9-inch diameter cake pan, with a hole in the middle
Mix the remaining ingredients and beat them for 30 seconds
Spread two cups of that dough at the bottom of the pan, lifting it up slightly on the sides and in the middle
Put the meat mixture
Leave the remaining dough to fall into scoops (of cheese) over the meat, smoothing afterwards
Bake until lightly browned and firm (about 45 minutes)
Unmold
