Spinach Fritter

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, egg, flour, and potato
Chop the spinach and add it to the mixture
Add salt, pepper, and mix well

Boil 5 liters of water
Remove small portions (chΓ‘) from the dough, coat with wheat flour, and cook the fritter until it rises to the surface
Remove with a skimmer
Sauce
Heat the olive oil and add the tomato paste
Simmer for 5 minutes
Mash the tomato and season with salt and pepper
Serve with the fritter and cheese.
