Strawberry Covered with Whipped Cream

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat dry

Mix the egg white with the sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan

Place over low heat in a water bath

Use an electric mixer to whip until stiff peaks form

Remove from heat and add vanilla extract

Whip for another minute or until the mixture is consistent

Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the whipped cream

Then, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let sit at room temperature to dry.
