4 egg yolks

1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of rum
4 cups of strawberries

Beat the egg yolks with sugar over low heat
Add milk and heavy cream and beat well
Continue cooking for about 8 minutes, or until thickened
Pour into a bowl, add rum and let cool
Just before serving, place strawberries in individual servings, pour the cream around them and dust with confectioner's sugar
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
