Cut the orange, papaya, pear, and fig into large pieces. Reserve
In a large pot, over high heat, combine the water, sugar, bell pepper, and mustard seeds
Let it boil, stirring occasionally
Stop stirring and let it thicken (about 10 minutes)
Tear from the heat
Add the reserved fruits and cherry, and stir delicately
Let it cool and transfer to a medium bowl
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours
