In a bowl, quickly mix together all the ingredients until they form a smooth batter
Fill 2/3 of eight 7cm diameter molds, greased with butter
Place in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, for 8 minutes or until the muffin tops start to brown
Do not let them burn on top
Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold
Serve with butter, honey, or your preferred ice cream
