1 cup and 1/3 cup all-purpose flour;
Half cup unsalted butter, softened
Half cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
100 grams bittersweet chocolate chips
50 grams confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 large eggs;
A quarter cup strong brewed coffee, warm
One half cup milk
One half cup heavy cream (preferably fresh)
Droplets of vanilla extract

Mix the all-purpose flour with the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, baking powder, bittersweet chocolate chips, and half the confectioners' sugar
Set aside, then mix in the strong brewed coffee, milk, heavy cream, and eggs
Beat with a fork until the mixture is uniform
Mix everything together and place in preheated oven in paper-lined muffin cups inside aluminum mini-muffin pans
When done, top with remaining confectioners' sugar.
