1 kg of muscle cut into a piece so fine

2 cloves of garlic, minced
8 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
12 black olives, pitted and quartered
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat
Add the onion and cook until it's translucent
Add the garlic and let it lightly brown
Add the tomatoes, olives, oregano, salt, pepper, and water
Add the meat and simmer, covered, until it's tender
Using a pressure cooker, this takes about 30 minutes
Using a regular skillet, it takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
If necessary, add more water
Serve in four portions.
