In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, milk, liqueur, and egg yolks
Bring to a simmer and stir until it thickens
Allow it to cool, then mix in the hydrated and dissolved gelatin according to the packaging instructions, heavy cream, truffles, and beaten whites
Distribute into serving dishes and refrigerate until set
Serve chilled, garnished with chopped truffles.
