Ingredients: 100 g of sugar; 1/2 cup of water; 1 cup of passion fruit juice (or mango); 1 cup of orange juice; 2 egg whites; grated orange zest for garnish

Directions

Mix the sugar and water and bring to a boil

Let it simmer for about 8 minutes

Let it cool down

Mix with passion fruit juice and orange juice

Place in a flat container and refrigerate

Stir several times until it becomes semi-firm

Add beaten egg whites and stir well

Place in 4 individual molds and refrigerate again to set

Garnish with grated orange zest.
