1 envelope of unsalted gelatin

1 tablespoon of soluble coffee
1 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of skim milk
2 cups of heavy cream
15 envelopes of powdered sweetener
3 egg whites

Hydrate the gelatin in cold water. Reserve
Dissolve the coffee in hot water and mix with the hydrated gelatin
Add the milk, skim milk, and powdered sweetener
Refrigerate
When it starts to set, mix in the beaten egg whites
Portion into cups and refrigerate
Garnish with coffee grounds.
