Sprinkle the gelatin over the water, let it hydrate for five minutes, and then heat it in a bain-marie until dissolved. Reserve
In a blender, blend the peach puree and sugar and add the dissolved gelatin
Mix well
Pour into a bowl, refrigerate to allow it to thicken slightly
Add the orange peel strips and mix
Pour into molds and refrigerate again to set
If desired, decorate with slices of peaches
Serve with scoops of whipped cream.
