1 cup of orange juice

Beat the milk in a blender until it becomes thick and fluffy, add the sugar gradually, beating continuously
Soak the gelatin in cold water, then dissolve it in a warm water bath
Add the orange juice, pour the mixture over the milk slowly, place in a wet mold with cold water, refrigerate to set firm
Unmold and serve with the following syrup: 2 cups of orange juice, 1 spoon of sugar, 2 spoons of grated orange peel
Mix all ingredients, bring to a simmer, let boil until thickened
Serve chilled.
