1 cup of orange juice
2 cups of whipped cream, prepared with chantilly or ready-made, to taste
to taste
2 tablespoons of grated orange peel
1 egg white beaten until firm

Combine all the ingredients, adding the beaten egg white lastly
If using ready-made chantilly, no additional açúcar is necessary
If not using ready-made chantilly, dilute 1/4 cup of açúcar in the orange juice before adding the whipped cream
Place in a moist mold and freeze without stirring
When firm, unmold to serve.
