3/4 cup of warm water

Dissolve the pudding mix in warm water, combine with cornstarch and let it cool
Add whipped cream and mix
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it reaches the consistency of egg whites
Beat egg whites until fluffy and add to mixture
Stir carefully
Distribute among six cups and refrigerate until firm
Syrup
Mix ingredients and bring to low heat, stirring, until slightly thickened
Let it cool and, when serving, pour over the cups
Garnish with orange triangles and small pieces of rind
If desired, substitute water for milk
It will taste even better.
