1 package of light cream (200g)
2 cups of scalded skim milk
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin (hydrated according to package instructions)
2 tablespoons of Rockefort cheese
2 egg whites, beaten

Combine the cream, milk, gelatin, and cheese in a blender
Bat until the mixture is smooth and well combined
Pour into a serving dish and gently fold in the egg whites
Pour into an ungreased mold
Chill for 2 hours to set
Unmold and serve with crackers.
