1 tablespoon of cream of milk
1 package of unflavored gelatin
50g of shrimp paste
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
50g of ricotta
1 tablespoon of chopped chili flakes
1 cup of Madeira wine
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of cream of milk
1 package of unflavored gelatin
50g of shrimp paste
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
50g of ricotta
1 tablespoon of chopped chili flakes
1 cup of Madeira wine
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of warm water, add the Madeira wine and let it cool
Mix the shrimp paste, mustard, ricotta, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes
Then, add the dissolved gelatin and cream of milk
Place in a deep dish and refrigerate until set
