Mousse of Tangerine:
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 cups concentrated tangerine juice
10 non-caloric sweetener drops
2 egg whites
Mousse of Grape:
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 cups concentrated grape juice
10 non-caloric sweetener drops
2 egg whites
Mousse of Tangerine:

To make the tangerine mousse: Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for 2 minutes
Then, heat it while stirring constantly until it's fully dissolved
Remove from heat and add the concentrated tangerine juice and non-caloric sweetener
Mix well
Place in the refrigerator to thicken slightly
Remove from the refrigerator and gently fold in the egg whites. Reserve
Make the grape mousse in the same way, then place both mousses in individual serving dishes or a compote dish.
