Place the clean rice in a pot and add two cups of water
Cook over low heat until the water evaporates
Mix the passion fruit juice with sugar and remaining water, then add it to the rice
Add the milk and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the rice becomes soft and forms a creamy consistency
Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir well
Distribute in individual serving dishes and refrigerate
Serve chilled, decorated with cinnamon sticks.
