2 tablespoons of instant coffee or freshly brewed coffee
1/4 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of hot water
1 cup of broken milk chocolate (150g)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups of finely chopped ice cream
1 cup of heavy cream

In a blender, combine the gelatin, coffee, cold water, and hot water
Blend on high speed for 40 seconds
Add the chocolate, sugar, and vanilla; blend for another 10 seconds until smooth
Keep the motor running, remove the lid, and add the egg yolks, chopped ice cream, and heavy cream; blend for another 20 seconds or until the mixture starts to thicken
Pour into individual serving cups
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve
