Crust
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of chopped nuts
3/4 cup of confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup of cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
Filling
1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in powder form
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
6 ripe peaches, pit removed, cut into thick slices
Crust

In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, nuts, and cinnamon
Add the butter and knead with your fingertips until a crumbly mixture forms
Set aside
In a small bowl, mix together the confectioner's sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Add the peaches and mix well
Distribute the fruit in a 25 cm diameter baking dish and top with the crust, covering the entire surface
Press gently
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown
Serve immediately.
