Should yield 3 cups of juice
Add the sugar and place the mixture in a refrigerator mold
Refrigerate until firm, then freeze
Remove from freezer, let it sit for 30 minutes and blend well with a processor or blender until creamy
Return to freezer and serve after 15 minutes
