Wash the canjiquinha thoroughly
Place it in a pressure cooker with water and salt
Cook at high heat for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and open the pressure cooker
The canjiquinha should be soft

Combine milk, sugar, and canjiquinha
Stir occasionally until the bottom of the pan appears (approximately 40 minutes)
Add half of the grated coconut and mix
Remove from heat, moisten the baking sheet, and spread the canjiquinha
Dust with the remaining grated coconut
When cooled, cut into small squares and serve
