In a small saucepan, combine two cups of strawberries and sugar
Bring to medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the strawberries are tender
Remove from heat and blend in a blender until you get a thick syrup. Reserve

Butter a non-stick skillet with a diameter of 9 inches
Heat over high heat
When hot, add 1/4 cup of dough and spread evenly, rotating the pan

Fry for 40 seconds or until golden brown on the bottom
Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up

Place the reserved syrup back in the saucepan, add the remaining strawberries and liqueur
Bring to a boil over high heat
Arrange a crepe in each plate
Top with a portion of strawberries, then drizzle with the syrup, and serve warm.
