Combine the sugar and water in a low heat saucepan until it forms a fine thread consistency
Add the coconut milk and reserve
Strain the egg yolks through a fine-mesh sieve and add one spoonful of the hot syrup
Mix well and add the remaining syrup
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth
Add orange blossom water and mix until it forms a creamy consistency
Serve chilled with cinnamon sticks.
