Cream: Mix well the sugar and butter. Reserve
Batter: Heat the sugar and water, stirring occasionally, until a batter forms
Remove from heat, add shredded coconut, and mix well. Reserve
Dough: In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of warm milk, yeast, and mix until dissolved
Add 1/2 spoonful of sugar, 2 spoons of flour, and mix well
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes
Add remaining ingredients and knead until smooth
Molding: On a surface, spread the dough, add cream mixture, sprinkle shredded coconut, and distribute plums
Roll into a log shape, cut into 4cm wide pieces, and place in a greased and floured pan
Cover and let rise for 15 minutes
Bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes
Remove, brush with batter, and serve.
