Melt the sugar in a pan to caramelize it
Pour into a 24 cm diameter cake pan and spread evenly on the bottom and sides
Distribute the banana slices only at the bottom of the pan
Put all the batter ingredients into a blender
Blend quickly until the ingredients are mixed
Pour over the bananas
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 40 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool slightly
Cut into 16 slices.
