In a bowl, mix the sugar and corn flour
Add the coconut milk and mix well
Join the beaten eggs and butter, mix until smooth and if needed add more coconut milk in small amounts
Add the salt and cinnamon and mix until forming a firm dough
Form balls and place them in an oiled baking tray
Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes or until the bottom of the biscuit is golden.
