1/2 kg of Cod or Hake Fillets
125 g of Butter
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup of Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/4 cup of Green Pepper, chopped
2 Tomatoes, peeled and diced
A few drops of Pesto Sauce
Salt and Black Pepper
3 cups of Hot Water
1 cup of Cassava Flour
1/2 kg of Cod or Hake Fillets
125 g of Butter

1 cup of Cassava Flour
Fry the fish (Cod or Hake) in Butter with Onion, Parsley, and Green Pepper
Add Tomato, Pesto Sauce, Salt, and Black Pepper
When the fish is cooked, remove it from the pan
Mix Cassava Flour with a little cold water to form a paste and add it to the pan where the fish was cooked
Add Hot Water, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps and cook until thickened
Serve with the fish
