4 large fried potatoes

Cut the fadge into strips, season with salt and herb and garlic mix
Aquatic butter or margarine in a pan and fry the fadge until golden brown, stirring constantly
Add water and stir, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon to form a dark sauce
Add the fried potatoes, mix well, and serve immediately
Serves 4.
