1 Namorado of 1 1/2 to 2 kg
Salt
1/2 kg of cooked and diced shrimp
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup of melted butter
3 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup of milk
Black pepper to taste
Oil

Preheat the oven
Sprinkle the fish with salt both inside and out
Mix the remaining ingredients, except for oil
Mix well
Fill the fish with the mixture and secure with toothpicks
Brush the fish with oil and place in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil
Bake until the fish is cooked through, about 40 minutes
Serve with well-seasoned mayonnaise mixed with 1/2 cup of cooked and diced shrimp
