4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cleaned squids, cut into rings
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, finely chopped
1 grated and finely chopped carrot
2/3 cup of white wine
Salt and black pepper to taste
100g of small cleaned shrimps
100g of cooked mussels without shells
0.5 kg of pasta dough
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Fry the squids in olive oil for 3 minutes
Add the onion, tomato, carrot, wine, salt, and black pepper and cook for 15 minutes
Add the shrimp and mussels and continue cooking for a few more minutes
Cook the pasta and drain
Mix with the tomato sauce and seafood
Sprinkle with parsley
Serve in 6 portions.
