Clean the garlic bread, cut into pieces leaving a little bit of green part
Boil for 10 minutes in salted water with parsley
Remove from boiling water and let it drain well
In the same boiling water cook potatoes for 20 minutes
Peel and cut into 2 or 3 pieces
Mash in a bowl
Make a depression in the middle and add garlic, minced garlic bread, and mix together with 1 of the eggs
Add the other egg slightly beaten with the yolk, salt, and black pepper
Add flour by spoonfuls and knead well
Sprinkle surface with all-purpose flour and shape into various finger-sized rolls with the dough
Cut gnocchi into 3 cm pieces
Heat up cooking liquid from vegetables
Add packet of beef broth
Cook gnocchi until they rise to the surface
Can be served as is or gratinated in oven covered with cheese
Serve with meat or chicken and sauce
Yields 59 gnocchis, or 5 portions
Use cooking liquid to make a soup.
