1 In a blender, blend the rice, egg, butter, milk, onion, and salt
2 Transfer to a pan, add the flour and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes unstuck from the bottom of the pan
3 Let it cool, shape into rolls, and cut the cakes
Cook in boiling water with salt and a little oil until they rise to the surface
Serve with your preferred sauce.
