Delicately crack the eggshell with a spoon at the thinnest end

Prepare the gelatin: dissolve the powder in boiling water and mix well
Combine with cold water and fill the eggs

Refrigerate for at least one day before serving
To unshell, crack delicately and remove the shell carefully
