Beat the eggs and yolks together for about one minute
Grease the frying pan with olive oil and let it heat up on the flame
Mix in the cod to the eggs
Add the onion, parsley, salt, and pour the mixture into the frying pan
As soon as one side is golden brown, flip it over using a spatula and cook the other side
