1/2 tablespoon of dietetic antistaling agent for oven and grill
1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1 tablet of fresh yeast for bread
1/2 teaspoon of salt
500g of wheat flour approximately
1 egg
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of water
10 slices of cheese
1 yolk for brushing

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Dissolve the antistaling agent in warm milk and pour over the yeast
Mix until the yeast dissolves
Add salt and one cup of wheat flour
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes
Add lightly beaten egg, oil, and water, and gradually incorporate the flour until the dough is smooth
The dough should be soft
Cover again and let rest for an hour
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into 13cm wide strips
Cut into triangle shape
Fill with cheese slices and roll like croissant
Place in a greased baking dish, let rest for another 10 minutes, and brush with egg yolk
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown.
