FOR THE FILLING
4 ripe tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 medium onion, cut into pieces
1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml)
7 sausage slices, cut into rolls
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt to taste
FOR THE CRUST
1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk (160 ml)
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g)
1 pinch of salt
FOR THE FILLING

PREPARE THE FILLING: in a blender, blend the tomato and onion
In a pan, sauté them with olive oil over high heat for 5 minutes
Add the sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat and season with salt and oregano
Let it cool
PREPARE THE CRUST: in a blender, combine all ingredients except flour
Blend and add flour gradually, blending after each addition
Place half of the crust mixture into a greased 25.5 x 18.5 cm baking dish, cover with the cold filling, and spread the remaining crust mixture on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown
