For the filling
300g shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
to taste, salt and black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chopped scallion
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
For assembling
2 baguettes with sesame seeds
4 salad leaves

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms into strips
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and butter
Add the onion, mushrooms, scallion, salt, and pepper
Stir-fry the mixture for approximately 4 minutes
Step 2
Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for another 3 minutes
In a bowl, mix the cooked mushroom with cream cheese
Cut the baguettes in half and divide the filling between them
Place two salad leaves on top of the filling on each sandwich
Close and serve.
