Season the meat with salt, black pepper, and garlic
Fry the meat in a pressure cooker until it browns
Add the vinegar and cook until it evaporates
Add the water, close the pressure cooker, and cook for 35 minutes after boiling
Open the pressure cooker when it's cold, add the sweet potato, thyme, salt, and black pepper to taste
Cook without pressure until the sweet potato is tender
Serves 5-6 people.
